Add a Contact to an Opportunity

Option 1:

1. Click on the:

2. This will open the Quick Create Contact option
(Note!) Keep in mind, any time you start typing 3 letters into the ‘Account Name’ field, your existing account will auto populate.
3. Input data into the appropriate fields. Under assigned to, you can choose which user will be the primary contact with that individual or even which group will be in contact with that individual (whoever holds the relationship with the contact). If you click “Go to Full Form” you will be given the option to add more details including:
  • Title
  • Department
  • Fax
  • Secondary Email
  • Billing and Shipping Address
  • Social Media Contact
  • Contact image
  • Description

4. Click Save.

Option 2

1. Click Contacts on the top module bar

2. Click "Add Contact"

This brings up the Full Form

3. Input data into the appropriate fields
4. Click Save.
